Our client was involved in a family law matter before the courts. We were engaged as expert witness to value a comprehensive grazing and cropping property in Central Queensland. Given the particular circumstances of the engagement we were unable to obtain access within the property. Our expert valuers overcame this difficulty by working with our team of services and engaging a helicopter to inspect the property. We were able to fulfil the brief for our client under difficult circumstances. 

Simplx Group was engaged to perform multiple valuations in this engagement that included a portfolio of commercial and residential properties in the outback town of

Cunnamulla. The valuations were completed for financial reporting purposes and included, supermarket, industrial, hospitality and residential properties.
