We helped our client to plan and prepare for the sale of their business by cataloging and valuing their assets including factory fitout, machinery, plant and equipment.  Our team captured a register of assets and assigned individual valuations to each asset. Simplx Group were engaged to guide our client through the business transition process from assets to business planning and cessation. 

Our client was a publicly listed childcare provider with assets across Australia. We made their business processes simpler by developing an asset register incorporating details of painting scopes, fitout, volumes of consumables such as sand and bark and all details to provide a comprehensive maintenance and depreciation plan.
